Job Overview
As a Cart Attendant at Walmart Supercenter #1304 in Warsaw, IN, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment by ensuring shopping carts are readily available and clean. Your duties will include collecting carts from the parking lot, using equipment to transfer them indoors, and maintaining their sanitation, all while demonstrating a positive attitude regardless of weather conditions.
Compensation and Shifts
- The hourly pay ranges from $14 to $27, guaranteed to meet or exceed the local minimum wage.
- Additional earnings could come from performance incentives paid annually or quarterly.
- Certain premium payments between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedules, facilities, seasons, or specific tasks performed, with possible multiple premiums if criteria are met.
- Available work shifts include opening and morning shifts.
