Job Overview

As a General Merchandise Associate at Walmart located in Isabela, Puerto Rico, your role involves engaging customers on the sales floor, assisting them with their needs, and recommending appropriate merchandise. You will ensure that the Hobbies & Home Improvement sections are well-presented and orderly throughout the day. Duties may include paint mixing and fabric cutting as required.

Compensation

The position offers an hourly wage between $13 and $26, with actual pay meeting or exceeding the local minimum wage requirements. Additionally, performance incentives are provided on an annual or quarterly basis. Premium pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply under certain conditions such as schedules, facility, season, or specific work tasks, and multiple premiums can be combined if criteria are met.
