Job Summary
As a Cart Attendant at Walmart Supercenter #2958 in Appleton, WI, you will provide a welcoming first and last impression to customers by gathering and managing shopping carts from the parking lot to the store. This involves operating equipment for moving carts and ensuring carts are clean and sanitary, requiring a positive attitude even in varying weather conditions.
Compensation
- The hourly wage ranges from $15 to $28, meeting or exceeding the minimum wage requirements for the location.
- Additional pay incentives include annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
- Under specific circumstances such as work schedule, facility, season, or type of work performed, premiums between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour may be provided. Multiple premiums can apply if criteria overlap.
