• Ensure all merchandise is signed and priced correctly, following established procedures including ordering, markdowns, pricing, and labeling.
• Comply with food safety and cold chain protocols, including temperature monitoring, thermometer calibration, proper food handling, and sanitation routines.
• Support merchandising by maintaining promotional features and visual standards.
• Keep the workspace tidy, safe, and free from hazards by removing debris, spills, and following company policies and health and safety guidelines.
• Adapt to varied work schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure smooth store operation and consistent customer service.

Challenges in This Position

• Effectively manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment, especially during overnight shifts.
• Maintain energy and focus throughout shifts by planning work hours appropriately.
• Carry out physically demanding tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting items up to 50 lbs, and performing repetitive stocking and organizing duties with precision.
