Job Responsibilities

• Handle email communications efficiently in a blended process requiring both email and calls experience.
• Manage and resolve email escalations in a timely manner.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support through effective email drafting and communication.
• Facilitate customer interactions with professionalism and tact.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience handling emails and calls in a blended process environment.
• Proven experience in managing email escalations effectively is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills including proficiency in drafting clear and professional emails.
• Customer handling experience is preferred.
• Graduation qualification is required; open to any graduate.
• Immediate availability to join is highly preferred.

Terms and Conditions

• Position based at Tambaram, Tamil Nadu.
• Working schedule includes 6 days per week with rotational weekly offs.
• Compensation can be up to 25,000 INR in-hand monthly.
