Position Summary
We are recruiting for the ASICS Email & Chat Process team at our Noida office. The role involves professionally managing email and chat interactions, requiring candidates with prior email process experience. This full-time, day-shift position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic BPO environment.
Responsibilities
- Responding to customer queries through email and chat platforms efficiently and professionally
- Drafting clear, precise, and well-structured emails as part of daily communication
- Managing customer interactions with strong communication and comprehension skills
- Providing excellent support to ensure customer satisfaction
Candidate Requirements
- Proven work experience in email process roles is mandatory
- Excellent command of written English with strong email drafting capabilities
- Fluent communication skills for customer handling and query resolution
- Fast and accurate typing with good comprehension ability
