Network Diploma Engineer Trainee

Job Overview

As a Network Diploma Engineer Trainee, you will be responsible for addressing customer issues, collaborating with technical teams, and ensuring smooth network operations within the assigned area. The role involves proactive monitoring, alert management, and generating reports to enhance NOC performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve customer calls by collaborating with Level 2 engineers.
• Continuously supervise network and service touchpoints within the designated work location at the Network Operations Center.
• Keep track of dashboards and monitor key performance indicators related to network health.
• Alert the team promptly if any threshold limits are exceeded.
• Manage trouble tickets and resolve basic Level 1 issues effectively.
• Coordinate with regional teams to address fiber optic, utility, and related concerns.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer problems adhering to agreed turnaround times and service level agreements.
• Prepare management information system reports and perform analyses to support troubleshooting and improve NOC operations.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Understanding of basic microprocessor architecture and digital communication technologies.
• Knowledge of radio communication systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer operations and software usage.
• Familiarity with instrumentation concepts.

Compensation

This role offers a monthly stipend in the range of 10,000 to 13,450 INR.
