Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Home Connect Master Supervisor to lead operations for home connectivity and care services within the designated region. This role involves managing technician sourcing, training, mentoring, as well as ensuring high standards of service delivery to meet company expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of home connect and care functions within the assigned territory to achieve operational excellence.
- Identify potential technician candidates by collaborating with targeted educational institutions.
- Organize and deliver both classroom-based and hands-on training programs for technicians to build their skill sets.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and support to technicians to boost their efficiency and output.
- Maintain flawless execution of home connect activities with zero defects.
- Oversee home connectivity installations and timely fault repairs, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Focus on maximizing customer satisfaction through quality service and responsiveness.
- Ensure strict compliance with company-defined processes and SLAs to maintain operational standards.
