Multitasker Fabricator

Overview

The role involves executing fabrication duties, maintenance tasks, and general warehouse assistance to maintain seamless warehouse functionality.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct fundamental fabrication processes including cutting, drilling, grinding, welding, and assembling metal components.
• Alter and repair warehouse equipment, such as racks, frames, brackets, and other metal infrastructures.
• Safely handle and operate various hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery.
• Assist with setting up, dismantling, and relocating warehouse structures and equipment as needed.
• Contribute to routine upkeep and repairs within the warehouse environment.
• Help with loading, unloading, relocating, and organizing inventory materials when necessary.
• Operate forklifts when authorized and required.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and workspaces are maintained in optimal condition.
• Adhere strictly to all warehouse safety regulations, quality standards, and procedural guidelines.
• Carry out additional responsibilities assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience working in a warehouse setting, ideally with skills in forklift operation.
• Foundational knowledge or experience in fabrication, welding, or maintenance activities is preferred.
• Competency in using both hand-operated and powered tools.
• Ability to read measurement specifications and follow straightforward instructions.
• Physical fitness suitable for manual labor tasks.
• High level of safety consciousness and meticulousness.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
