Responsibilities

  • Travel to residential or commercial sites to perform installations and troubleshooting.
  • Carry out general construction labor such as digging trenches, backfilling, and cleaning work areas.
  • Assist with installation tasks under supervision, ensuring quality and safety.
  • Load, carry, and deliver materials weighing up to 50 pounds to and from job locations.
  • Enter confined spaces like crawl spaces and basements to complete repairs.
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions while complying with safety protocols.
  • Follow company policies closely, including safety and professional conduct guidelines.
  • Promote teamwork by developing positive relationships and supporting team objectives.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the company’s reputation.
  • Perform other duties as directed by supervisors to ensure project completion.
  • Consistently report to work punctually as this is essential to the role.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with trade-specific tools for installations and proper equipment use.
  • Previous experience in construction work is required.
  • Possession of a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
