About the Role
Join Groundworks, a leader in foundation solutions in North America, as an Installer where your work will directly impact and enhance residential and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general construction tasks such as digging trenches, back-filling, and clearing job sites.
- Assist in installing foundation and water management systems under supervision.
- Transport and manage heavy materials weighing up to 50 pounds across job locations.
- Enter confined spaces like basements and crawl spaces to perform necessary repairs.
- Operate outdoors in varied weather conditions while strictly following safety protocols.
- Comply closely with all workplace instructions, policies, and safety guidelines.
- Contribute positively to team efforts by fostering good relationships and supporting shared goals.
- Exhibit professionalism and maintain the company's reputation at all times.
- Take on additional responsibilities assigned by supervisors to ensure successful project completion.
- Consistently report to work punctually every scheduled day as an essential job function.
Qualifications and Experience
- Familiarity with installation-related trade tools and proper equipment use.
- Prior experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
- Possession of a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- Physical capability to lift loads up to 50 pounds.
