Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general construction tasks such as digging trenches, back-filling, and clearing job sites.
• Assist in installing foundation and water management systems under supervision.
• Transport and manage heavy materials weighing up to 50 pounds across job locations.
• Enter confined spaces like basements and crawl spaces to perform necessary repairs.
• Operate outdoors in varied weather conditions while strictly following safety protocols.
• Comply closely with all workplace instructions, policies, and safety guidelines.
• Contribute positively to team efforts by fostering good relationships and supporting shared goals.
• Exhibit professionalism and maintain the company's reputation at all times.
• Take on additional responsibilities assigned by supervisors to ensure successful project completion.
• Consistently report to work punctually every scheduled day as an essential job function.

Qualifications and Experience

• Familiarity with installation-related trade tools and proper equipment use.
• Prior experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
• Possession of a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Physical capability to lift loads up to 50 pounds.
