Job Overview

We are searching for a detail-focused and motivated labourer to assist in exterior material installations on residential and commercial properties. This role requires working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment and supporting the team in upholding excellent workmanship and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installing siding, soffit, fascia, eavestrough, and roofing on homes and businesses.
• Maintain a clean and safe work site consistently.
• Contribute effectively to a team committed to quality and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in exterior renovation work.
• Familiarity with hand tools used in construction.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license is mandatory.
• Working at Heights Certification is an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a team setting with strong communication skills.

Compensation and Schedule

• Hourly wage of $22.00.
• Workweek ranging from 35 to 44 hours.
• Eligible for overtime pay and received tips.
