Role Responsibilities
- Accurately evaluate vehicle damage to determine safe and cost-efficient repair solutions.
- Perform post-repair inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Provide expert advice to customers both in-person and over the phone, ensuring clarity and exceptional service.
- Prepare detailed damage assessment reports, negotiate repair costs, and liaise with repair partners.
- Work collaboratively within the team to enhance customer experiences and resolve challenges.
- Maintain and uphold company standards that safeguard customer interests and business success.
Candidate Requirements
- Must possess a trade qualification related to motor body repair (e.g., Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology or equivalent).
- At least five years of hands-on experience as a Panel Beater, Spray Painter, or Motor Mechanic with current industry knowledge.
- Strong ability in writing repair quotes and damage estimates.
- Customer-focused mindset paired with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable and confident using computer technology.
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Hold a valid driver's license.
