Key Duties

• Accurately determine the extent of vehicle damage to recommend safe and budget-friendly repair solutions.
• Perform post-repair inspections to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
• Provide professional advice through both telephone and face-to-face interactions, ensuring clarity and empathy.
• Prepare detailed assessment reports, negotiate repair expenses, and coordinate with repair partners.
• Work collaboratively with a passionate team to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
• Maintain high standards that protect customer interests while supporting company success.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a trade qualification such as a Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology or an equivalent credential.
• A minimum of five years of practical experience as a Panel Beater, Spray Painter, or Motor Mechanic, along with current industry insights.
• Proven experience in writing repair estimates and quotes.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset combined with effective communication abilities.
• Proficient with technology and comfortable using computers.
• Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
