This role involves supporting retailers on-site by building impactful product displays, organising shelf layouts, and resetting end caps to boost sales potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Construct and manage in-store product displays and end caps to optimize merchandise visibility and sales.
• Reset shelves to ensure proper product placement in line with retail standards.
• Assist store leadership with generating reports and providing staff training when required.
• Maintain physical stamina to perform tasks involving lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, standing, and moving around the store.
• Travel independently within the assigned local territory to fulfill merchandising duties.
• Use smartphones or tablets to accurately record completed work at the end of each shift.
• Ensure reliable transportation is available to commute to and from the work locations.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 1 to 2 years of hands-on merchandising experience or familiarity with planogram setups.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting moderately heavy items.
• Comfort and proficiency with mobile technology to capture daily work activities.
• Have dependable means of transport to maintain punctuality and flexibility.
