Retail Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure shelves are well-maintained and aligned with Planogram standards, including accurate pricing at major retail stores.
• Stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) and lift products weighing over 50 pounds to manage stock.
• Monitor product freshness, manage returns of expired or unsaleable goods.
• Drive sales growth by executing effective selling techniques and building attractive product displays.
• Accelerate new product distribution and market introduction schedules.
• Propose product orders and sales programs to retail partners.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation including reports, timesheets, and expense filings.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; a Bachelor’s degree or two years of relevant experience in retail, client management, or food brokerage is preferred.
• The ability to work autonomously, managing deadlines with minimal oversight.
• Basic proficiency with computers, including Word, Excel, and internet navigation.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.

Additional Details

• This position involves representing the client Ferrero Canada.
• Assigned to work within a regional team servicing multiple locations requiring reliable transportation access.
• Working hours are generally Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM; part-time or full-time hours available.
• Compensation ranges between CAD 20.00 and 23.00 per hour.
