Key Responsibilities

This position involves assisting retailers with in-store merchandising tasks. Responsibilities include assembling displays and end caps, reorganizing shelves with systematic product rotation, and monitoring stock levels to optimize sales for both retailers and suppliers.

Qualifications and Expectations

• Comfortable engaging with customers and store management in an energetic, friendly manner
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Possess dependable transportation to commute to the job location
• Exhibit strong customer service skills and positive interpersonal interaction with clients and team members
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
• Maintain a safety-conscious approach while performing duties in a retail setting
