Retail Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on merchandising assistance within retail locations to address shopper needs.
• Construct product displays and end caps to optimize visual impact.
• Reset and rotate shelf inventory to maintain product availability and freshness.
• Track and monitor inventory levels to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Possess excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Prior experience in sales or account management preferred.
• Physical capacity to perform duties involving standing, bending, moving, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet to document work after each shift.
• Reliable personal transportation and willingness to travel independently within your assigned territory.
