Role Overview
The company seeks a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the expanding sales team. This pivotal role involves proactively engaging potential clients worldwide, building robust relationships, and driving new business in a vibrant, innovative setting.
Key Duties
- Proactively connecting with potential customers via phone, email, and social networks to generate sales prospects.
- Identifying and engaging decision-makers and influencers globally to cultivate a strong sales pipeline.
- Understanding the challenges of prospects and assessing their needs through in-depth, thoughtful questioning.
- Navigating leads through initial sales stages, establishing rapport and sparking interest.
- Partnering to enhance lead generation strategies and outreach methodologies.
- Managing LinkedIn and email marketing campaigns while supporting social channel growth.
- Handling administrative tasks including scheduling meetings and following up with prospects.
- Assisting with monthly performance tracking and reporting.
Candidate Profile
- Enthusiasm for sales along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- A proactive, self-driven approach with the capability to work autonomously.
- Curious and creative problem-solving mindset.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary of £35,000 with an on-target earnings potential of £50,000 including commission.
