This role provides in-store merchandising assistance geared towards optimizing sales by arranging displays, rotating products, and monitoring inventory efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Support retailers by building appealing product displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves ensuring proper product rotation to maintain store standards.
• Track inventory accurately to help maximize sales potential for stores and suppliers.

Who We Are Looking For

• Individuals comfortable engaging positively with customers and store management.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and moving products as needed.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned work location is necessary.
• Exemplify friendly customer service and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
• Prioritize safety and exhibit a safety-conscious approach in a retail environment.

Compensation and Benefits
