Retail Merchandiser

About the Role

As a Retail Merchandiser, you will support in-store merchandising efforts to meet shopper demands by creating product displays, resetting shelves with proper product rotation, and monitoring inventory to maximize sales for both stores and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and end caps in retail locations
• Reset shelving with appropriate product rotation ensuring fresh inventory presentation
• Track inventory levels to support optimal product availability and sales opportunities

Candidate Profile

• Comfortable engaging with customers and store management in a polite and enthusiastic manner
• At least 18 years of age
• Capable of physical tasks including standing, bending, moving items, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Possess dependable transportation to reach the workplace
• Exhibit outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication with clients, customers, and colleagues
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results
• Ability to work individually while being a cooperative team player
• Maintain a safety-first approach to all responsibilities in a retail environment
