About the Role

Join Advantage Solutions’ SAS Retail Services team and play a key role in enhancing shopping experiences by supporting retail stores with merchandising tasks. As part of a global network of 65,000 associates working with over 4,000 brands in more than 40 countries, you will contribute to maximizing sales through effective in-store product presentation and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist retailers by setting up displays, including end caps, and organizing shelves by rotating stock appropriately.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal product availability, thereby increasing sales potential for stores and suppliers.

Qualifications and Candidate Attributes

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks such as bending, standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and moving merchandise.
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site is required.
• Exhibit excellent customer service skills and communicate effectively with customers, clients, management, and team members.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with demonstrated ability to work independently and also contribute positively in a team environment.
• Committed to maintaining a safety-conscious approach while performing duties in retail settings.
