Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage for this position starts at $17.00, varying based on location, skills, and experience. In addition to the base pay, eligible associates may receive monthly bonuses. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and both short and long-term disability coverage. Employees can participate in a company 401(k) plan with matching contributions. Paid time off accrues up to 152 hours per year, covering PTO, holidays, and floating holidays, along with up to 64 hours of paid sick leave annually, or as mandated by law. The work schedule respects operating hours from 6 AM to 10 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain exemplary customer service standards and lead by example
• Ensure the store environment is safe, clean, and well-organized
• Cross-train in all store operational areas including stocking and sales associate tasks
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for team members
• Act as Leader on Duty according to schedule
• Perform additional duties as assigned
