Overview
Join Harbor Freight Tools as a full-time Assistant Manager and become an essential part of a high-achieving team. Compensation and Benefits
The hourly wage for this position ranges between $25.25 and $27.78, determined by location, expertise, education, and experience. Employees are also eligible for monthly bonuses. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage. Additionally, qualified associates can join the company 401(k) plan.
Paid time off accumulates up to 152 hours annually, encompassing PTO, floating holidays, and official paid holidays. Paid sick leave of up to 64 hours per year is provided unless state law mandates otherwise.
Working Hours and Schedule
Work schedules are respectful and fall within store hours of 6 AM to 10 PM.

Primary Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and uphold exceptional customer service standards
- Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Engage in cross-training across all store functions including stocking and sales
- Lead, coach, and foster development of team members
- Perform duties as Leader on Duty when scheduled
- Serve as a subject matter expert and exemplify "Great Place To Work" behavioral standards
- Ensure product availability and accurate pricing
- Carry out additional assigned tasks as needed
