Key Responsibilities

• Provide merchandising assistance in stores to meet customer needs.
• Construct product displays and end caps to maximize visual impact.
• Reset shelves by rotating products following inventory best practices.
• Track inventory levels to help stores and suppliers optimize sales.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing and able to perform physical tasks such as moving, bending, standing, and lifting items up to 50 lbs.
• Possess reliable transportation to commute to the assigned work location.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills with customers, clients, and team members.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to take initiative and deliver results.
• Function well independently but also collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Maintain a safety-first approach when performing duties in a retail environment.
