As a Retail Merchandiser based in Casper, WY, you will play a key role in creating engaging in-store experiences that meet shoppers’ needs. Your responsibilities will include setting up product displays and end caps, reorganizing shelves with product rotation, and monitoring inventory to help retailers and suppliers maximize their sales potential.

Candidate Profile

• Exhibit friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic communication skills when engaging customers and store management
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Capable of performing physical tasks involving lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, standing, and moving
• Possess reliable transportation to commute to the work location
• Demonstrate strong customer service abilities and excel at working with clients, customers, and team members
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude focused on achieving results
• Able to work independently while also fostering effective teamwork
• Adhere to safety protocols in a retail environment to ensure a secure workplace
