Medical Representative (MR)

Role Overview

As a Medical Representative at SDPD Pharmaceuticals based in Ludhiana, Punjab, your primary role will include promoting and marketing the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, chemists, and other healthcare practitioners. You'll be responsible for increasing product prescriptions, ensuring availability in the market, and supporting the growth of business through strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with doctors and healthcare professionals to promote assigned pharmaceutical products.
• Generate prescriptions by effectively communicating product benefits to medical experts.
• Maintain and nurture a network with doctors, chemists, and healthcare workers.
• Meet or surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
• Ensure consistent presence of products at chemist outlets.
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to company management.
• Participate actively in company-organized meetings, training sessions, and product launches.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or an equivalent field (preference for B.Sc or B.Pharma).
• Have zero to three years of experience in a medical representative role.
• Exhibit strong communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
• Show readiness to undertake frequent travel for work assignments.
• Be a motivated self-starter with a focused commitment to achieving sales targets.

Compensation

The monthly salary range for this position spans from ₹20,000 to ₹50,000.
