Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers promptly and courteously, ensuring quality food service and positive interaction.
• Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
• Unpack, store, prepare, and display merchandise following company standards, recipes, and policies.
• Conduct routine temperature checks and consistently monitor product freshness and safety.
• Keep sales areas, storage rooms, and refrigeration units clean, tidy, and well-organized.
• Maintain clean, safe floors free of clutter to prevent accidents.
• Sanitize cookware and utensils according to company and health department guidelines.
• Ensure signage, product rotation, and space allocation meet company requirements.
• Properly maintain equipment and facilities while following safety procedures.
• Comply with company policies as well as applicable state and federal laws.
• Operate cash registers as needed, adhering strictly to procedures.
• Effectively work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment by cooperating within a team.
• Handle conflicts calmly, professionally, and constructively.
• Maintain honesty and confidentiality relating to customer and company information.
• Follow instructions carefully and seek help when necessary to resolve challenges.
