Position Overview

This role is based within a restaurant operated under an independent franchise licensee of McDonald's brand and products. The franchise owner is the direct employer responsible for all personnel actions including hiring, firing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA does not influence employment decisions or receive applicant submissions.

Job Summary

As a McDonald's Restaurant Manager, you will be accountable for overseeing a profitable restaurant that consistently achieves high standards in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. You will partner with leadership to establish restaurant objectives and devise strategies to accomplish them.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Department Managers by assisting them in defining their goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching aimed at enhancing departmental effectiveness.
• Ensure the restaurant operates efficiently by strengthening individual departments and the team as a whole.
• Possibly participate in recruitment and development of Department and Shift Managers to maintain an effective leadership team.

Candidate Profile

An ideal applicant will have prior managerial experience in managing high-volume locations, preferably within the quick-service restaurant sector or relevant hospitality and retail environments. Applicants must be at least 18 years old for managerial positions in corporate-owned McDonald's restaurants.
