McDonald’s USA has no involvement in employment practices for this franchise.
Compensation
The position offers a competitive starting salary beginning at $65,000 annually, with potential monthly bonuses based on performance. Prior experience working with McDonald's is considered advantageous.
Position Overview
The General Manager role involves overseeing the profitable operation of a McDonald’s restaurant and ensuring adherence to high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness set by the brand. Responsibilities include collaborating with leadership to set restaurant goals and developing strategic plans to achieve them.
Leadership and Team Management
The General Manager leads a team of Department Managers, assisting them in goal setting, monitoring progress, and providing coaching to boost departmental and overall restaurant performance. The role may also involve recruiting and training Department and Shift Managers to build an effective leadership team for the future.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility
Ideal applicants possess previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume quick service restaurants or hospitality/retail environments. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to hold a managerial position within corporate McDonald’s operated locations.
