Role Overview

The Manufacturing Technician’s main responsibility is to assist the customer by supporting various phases of the manufacturing process while rigorously following facility operating procedures that emphasize safety and quality standards.

Work Schedule

The position involves working on a compressed schedule with 12-hour shifts in day and night rotations including weekends. The typical cycle is four days on followed by three days off, then three days on followed by four days off, spanning a 14-day period.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the handling, transportation, and documentation of critical materials within the manufacturing facility
• Adhere to cleanroom protocols and company procedures consistently
• Maintain compliance with safety guidelines and quality assurance standards
• Conduct quality inspections according to defined process criteria
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications and internal computer systems as needed

Job Requirements

• Capability to work inside a controlled cleanroom environment wearing required gowns and protective equipment
• Strict adherence to all safety and operational protocols without exception

Physical Demands

• Must have the physical endurance to stand, bend, walk, and reach continuously during an 8-hour shift excluding breaks
