Production Engineer

Overview

We seek a Production Engineer to manage, coordinate, and oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth workflows, quality compliance, and productivity optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and guide daily production tasks to fulfill set targets
• Supervise the manufacturing process for consistent operation
• Guarantee quality adherence and compliance with company guidelines
• Collaborate with procurement, inventory, and quality assurance teams
• Propose and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and lower costs
• Keep thorough production records and documentation
• Manage effective use of workforce, machinery, and materials
• Diagnose production challenges and apply corrective measures
• Uphold safety practices in the production area

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Competence in production planning and control
• Experience with process enhancement techniques

Experience and Eligibility

Candidates should have 1 to 5 years of sales experience involving electrical, earthing, cable tray, or related products. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills may be considered for entry-level positions.

• Background in manufacturing sectors such as busbar, earthing, or fabrication
• Awareness of ISO standards and quality management systems
