Role Summary
The Quality Engineer position at 4M Plaastech in Coimbatore involves proactively improving product quality within an injection moulding manufacturing setting. The role demands efforts to reduce rejection rates, minimize rework, and efficiently manage customer complaints.
Key Responsibilities
- Lower the percentage of rejected products and reduce rework requirements.
- Decrease customer complaints through quality improvements.
- Achieve high First Pass Quality and First Pass Yield metrics.
- Minimize defects occurring during production processes.
- Ensure timely closure of corrective actions addressing quality issues.
- Maintain accuracy and adherence in product inspections.
- Reduce wastage of raw materials and finished products.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should hold a degree in any discipline, including B.Tech or B.E. in any specialization. A thorough understanding of quality control, production management, ISO documentation, and manufacturing principles is expected.
