Role Overview

The Lead Technician position involves supporting customers during crucial phases of the manufacturing workflow by strictly adhering to established facility standard operating procedures. Emphasis is placed on teamwork, safety, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and lead Start of Shift meetings, managing task allocation and setting priorities.
• Coordinate regularly with customer representatives to ensure alignment.
• Participate actively in training and certifying team members.
• Comply fully with procedures and best known methods (BKMs).
• Provide ongoing updates to Shift Managers about shift progress.
• Report team attendance and absences to Shift Managers.
• Conduct shift handover meetings effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of shift activities and systems.

• Competent in root cause analysis; responsible for managing and executing shift training plans.

• Skillful at operating within a team environment handling multiple simultaneous priorities.
• Proficiency in IT systems and related tools.
• Capability to work in a controlled cleanroom environment, including use of gowns and appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards at all times.

Physical Demands

• Endurance to stand, stoop, walk, and reach throughout 12-hour shifts (excluding breaks).

Work Schedule

The role features a compressed work week structured through a 4-shift cycle of 12-hour day and night shifts, including weekends.
