Role Overview
The role involves overseeing tourism-related activities such as managing resort bookings, coordinating with vendors, and collaborating with the resort team for smooth operations. Additionally, it includes handling routine administrative tasks like database management, filing, and office administration. The position also supports e-commerce operations and other digital initiatives across the corporate group.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate degree in Science or Commerce.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general administrative tools.
- Experience in tourism and travel coordination is essential; familiarity with online travel platforms such as MakeMyTrip and Airbnb is beneficial.
- Background in customer service and hospitality.
- Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho is considered advantageous.
