About the Role
Join our Consulting division as a Manager in Cyber Security Strategy, providing expert advice to clients across industries on information security and the resilience of critical systems, encompassing standards like BSI IT-Grundschutz and Business Continuity Management. Collaborate with your team to craft innovative solutions addressing future security challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct risk and security assessments and develop comprehensive IT security strategies.
- Use your expertise to protect clients from potential threats and damages.
- Lead planning and execution of training sessions and workshops, while preparing detailed security reports and recommendations.
- Manage consulting projects end-to-end, guiding your team throughout all stages and serving as a trustworthy point of contact for clients.
Qualifications and Experience
- Hold a degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field with emphasis on IT security topics.
- Have over four years of experience, preferably with security-relevant technologies, methods, and processes.
- Demonstrate strong analytical abilities combined with the capability to connect business knowledge with IT and digitalization expertise to tackle complex scenarios.
- Possess leadership experience managing project teams with responsibility, effective communication, and empathy.
- Fluency in both German and English, verbally and in writing.
- Willingness to travel.
