Key Responsibilities
You will embark on hands-on training at neighborhood branches, representing Enterprise to clients and managing operational functions behind the scenes. The program prepares you to operate your own branch, drive business growth, and build a capable team. Guided by structured mentorship, you will engage actively with the local community to foster essential business relationships.
The curriculum covers customer service excellence, sales, marketing, financial management, and operational processes, emphasizing a customer-first philosophy within a competitive and collaborative culture.
Candidate Requirements
- A four-year bachelor's degree from an accredited Canadian university or an equivalent international qualification recognized by WES and/or Citizenship Canada, preferably in BBA, BCom, BMgt, BA, or related disciplines.
- At least six months of cumulative experience in sales and customer service (including commission sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality sectors) or leadership roles (in military, sports, clubs, or organizations).
- Possession of a valid Canadian Class G or G2 driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents within the past three years.
- No convictions related to drug or alcohol offenses (DWI/DUI) within the last five years.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada without current or future sponsorship requirements; note this position generally does not qualify for Permanent Residency under eligible NOC categories.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
