Role Responsibilities
As a management trainee, your learning journey begins immediately in a neighborhood branch, where you will represent Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering the operational expertise behind the scenes. This structured program prepares you to manage your own branch, grow new business, and lead a team effectively.
Training includes hands-on mentorship and significant community engagement to establish important business relationships. You will develop skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, all grounded in a customer-first approach. A culture of friendly competition supports both personal and business growth.
Qualifications
- A four-year bachelor's degree from an accredited Canadian university or an international equivalent recognized by WES and/or Citizenship Canada; degrees in business administration, commerce, management, or related fields are preferred.
- A minimum of six months cumulative experience or involvement in sales or customer service roles (including commission sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality), or leadership roles in military, athletics, or organizational activities.
- A valid Canadian Class G or G2 driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last three years.
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions (e.g., DWI/DUI) within the past five years.
- Authorization to work in Canada without requiring current or future sponsorship; note that the Management Trainee role might not qualify for Permanent Residency under National Occupational Classification rules.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
