Key Responsibilities

  • The management trainee program features a structured curriculum with clear learning and performance objectives, focusing on personal and professional growth. On average, participants complete the program in approximately 10.5 months.
  • Trainees acquire comprehensive, hands-on knowledge of the business through diverse roles including customer service, sales, business management, and finance.
  • Joining one of over 200 teams across Germany, trainees are integrated directly into daily operational activities from day one, enabling them to take early responsibility and make impactful decisions that drive both their careers and the business forward.
  • Providing exceptional service to customers is a priority, with training on effective communication and conflict resolution to interact purposefully with customers, suppliers, and team members.
  • Managing development of new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships through customer-oriented sales techniques and problem-solving strategies to build lasting partnerships.
  • Overseeing fleet planning and cost control while analyzing profit and loss statements of the branch.
  • Developing leadership skills to motivate, develop, and support staff members on the path to becoming a successful manager.

Candidate Profile

  • Applicants are welcome from any academic background who are motivated to pursue a managerial career, show initiative, and wish to take on responsibility; all other skills will be taught.
  • Career changers with a completed vocational training in hospitality, tourism, service, or sales sectors are warmly invited to apply.
  • Must possess an unrestricted work permit valid in Germany.
  • Fluency in German and good command of English are required.
  • Possession of a valid German driving license with at least one year of driving experience.
  • Applicants must have no more than 3 points in the German driving aptitude register (FAER) and no alcohol or drug-related endorsements in the driving record within the past five years.
