Responsibilities
As a Management Trainee located at a neighborhood branch, you will quickly gain operational and customer-facing experience, learning to manage all facets of the business. Responsibilities include developing business acumen in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and branch operations. You will also build community relationships critical for branch growth and cultivate leadership skills necessary to operate your own branch in the future. The role offers structured mentoring and a supportive environment promoting a culture of competitive growth and customer-centric service.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Completion of a 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited Canadian university or internationally recognized equivalent (preferably BBA, BCom, BMgt, BA, or related fields)
- At least 6 months cumulative experience in sales, customer service, or leadership roles such as retail, hospitality, commission sales, athletics, military service, or organizational leadership
- Valid Canadian Class G or G2 driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
- No convictions related to drug or alcohol offenses (DWI/DUI) within the last five years
- Must have authorization to work in Canada without requiring sponsorship, noting that this position generally does not qualify for Permanent Residency pathways under National Occupational Classification (NOC)
