Role and Responsibilities
Joining as a Management Trainee, you'll begin by gaining hands-on experience at neighborhood branches, serving as both the company's public face and operational specialist. The structured program focuses on developing all necessary competencies to lead your own branch, establish new business, and manage a team.
Through comprehensive mentoring and support, plus community engagement, you will build essential relationships to succeed. Training spans customer service excellence, sales and marketing strategies, financial acumen, and operational management. Qualifications
- A 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian university or an international equivalent recognized by WES or Citizenship Canada; degrees such as BBA, BCom, BMgt, BA, or related disciplines preferred.
- At least 6 months cumulative relevant experience in sales/customer service (including commission sales, retail, hospitality), or leadership roles (military, athletics, clubs, organizations).
- Possession of a valid Canadian Class G or G2 driver’s license with not more than two driving-related incidents (moving violations or at-fault accidents) in the past three years.
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions (DUI/DWI) within the last five years.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship, understanding that the Management Trainee position is typically not eligible for Permanent Residency pathways under NOC.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
