The Maintenance Services Representative role is centered on conducting line maintenance for Aircraft In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFEC) systems and other onboard equipment, ensuring their reliability and readiness for operation. Tasks include troubleshooting, repairing, testing, and maintaining systems while complying with regulations, company protocols, and customer standards. Multiple openings are anticipated, with onboarding expected from December 2026.
Responsibilities
- Carry out line maintenance and oversee work by non-certifying personnel under proper authorization during transit checks, adhering to contractual and company procedures.
- Troubleshoot system failures, focusing on Line Replaceable Units (LRUs), cabling, and related aircraft systems, performing post-repair functional testing.
- Replace components, perform adjustments, conduct inspections, and test functionality following approved documentation.
- Conduct cabin sweeps and transit/maintenance checks per contractual or approved company procedures and document findings.
- Complete all required maintenance documentation accurately and timely, including electronic and paper formats, meeting quality assurance criteria.
- Support airside inventory management through cycle counts, packaging, and shipping tasks.
- Maintain housekeeping, health and safety standards, and proper care for tools.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors or management.
Qualifications
- Possession of a secondary or high school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid aircraft license or authority to authorize release to service for maintenance on various customer aircraft at the assignment location.
- A minimum of three years full aircraft maintenance experience, with at least one year involving certification privileges preferred.
- Essential hands-on maintenance skills including determining faulty LRUs, troubleshooting, performing refueling, oil uplift, brake and wheel changes, airframe and engine visual inspections, defect rectifications, and aircraft push back.
- Strong communication abilities and capability to supervise and mentor other workers.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and fundamental Linux skills.
- Good command of English with effective reading, writing, and speaking skills required.
