Job Overview
Arcadis is recruiting a Maintenance Planner for a 12-month contract based in Ringaskiddy, County Cork, Ireland. This role focuses on coordinating and managing the scheduling of facilities and resources to enhance operational efficiency within a pharmaceutical client site.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize SAP modules to administer scheduling, resource allocation, and maintenance tracking activities.
- Create, maintain, and update scheduling plans for facility usage ensuring optimal efficiency and alignment with company policies.
- Collaborate closely with department leaders and project managers to understand facility needs and coordinate schedules accordingly.
- Analyze SAP data to observe facility utilization trends, prepare reports, and suggest ways to improve efficiency.
- Manage maintenance schedules through SAP, guaranteeing that all facilities comply with safety and operational standards.
- Quickly resolve scheduling conflicts or issues using SAP tools to support timely problem-solving.
- Keep precise records of all scheduling, maintenance, and resource allocation operations within SAP.
- Provide training and guidance to staff regarding facility scheduling processes and SAP system use.
Requirements
