About the Role

Arcadis Group is seeking a Construction Coordinator to oversee and synchronize tool-related operations, ensuring the adherence to the Master Schedule's milestones in a safe and dependable manner. This role functions as a pivotal point of contact on-site, collaborating closely with the PIT Lead, TIPM, Trade Partners, Tool Owners, System Owners, and external parties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with Work Control Processes and maintain high safety standards through daily engagement and enforcement.
  • Keep work site orderly and oversee the correct handling, disposal, and movement of materials and equipment.
  • Proactively identify and address risks that might disrupt production before the Prefabrication phase, ensuring coordinated trade execution.
  • Conduct daily site inspections, enforce safe working conditions, halt work when necessary, and perform Proactive Task Performance audits with coaching.
  • Assist with Quality Control Reviews and Quality Assurance Reviews, ensuring readiness and adherence to quality milestones.
  • Manage coordination of third-party testing and certifications such as pressure, analytical, voltage, and exhaust testing, validating system integrity prior to these tests.
  • Oversee vendor coordination including tool manufacturers, manage assembly and logistics activities.
  • Execute Work Control procedures involving SIPP, eFIT, and Tool Reservations.
  • Implement Last Planner® System techniques such as Pull Planning, Weekly Planning, and Daily Huddles to manage field operations, resolve conflicts, and address constraints.
  • Maintain communication of short-interval schedules aligned with project plans and PIT activities.
  • Supervise safe and quality move-in and move-out operations of tools, pedestals, and equipment without hampering production schedules.
  • Lead move-in/out processes, ensuring all necessary documentation like SIPP, Work Plan, and Risk Assessment is completed.
  • Identify and resolve obstacles, escalate unresolved issues, and enforce adherence to the move-in/move-out schedule.
  • Monitor pedestal installation and inspections, escalating any defects.
  • Maintain on-site presence for real-time monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure compliance with e-Fit timelines and Installation Deployment Plan guidelines; escalate production risks as necessary.
  • Develop Best Known Methods (BKMs) and promote Integrated Frontline Feedback (IFF) culture with contractors.
  • Work collaboratively with technical teams and Development Project Managers for strategy planning and execution.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor or high-tech construction sectors, or
  • A bachelor's degree in construction or engineering coupled with 8 years of relevant experience, or
  • A 2-year technical diploma plus at least 5 years of related experience.
  • Proven exposure across all phases of development life cycle from concept through to delivery.

Additional Information

  • This is a full-time, onsite position located at Leixlip, County Kildare.
  • Work schedule is Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.
