Job Summary
Join Walmart as a Maintenance Overnight Associate, playing a vital role in keeping the store clean and safe during overnight shifts. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the premises, including parking areas, restrooms, and receiving zones, ensuring customers have a positive first and last impression.
Compensation Details
- The hourly wage ranges between $14 and $27, meeting or exceeding minimum wage requirements for the location.
- Additional pay incentives include annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
- Premium pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be awarded based on schedule, location, seasonality, or task performed, and can be combined if multiple criteria are fulfilled.
