As an overnight janitorial associate, you will play a key role in creating a positive customer experience by ensuring the store's cleanliness from the parking areas to restrooms and receiving zones. Your efforts help maintain a safe and welcoming environment throughout the facility.
Compensation Details
- The hourly wage ranges from $16 to $29, with actual pay meeting or exceeding the local minimum wage requirements.
- Additional earnings include annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
- Under certain conditions such as schedule, facility, season, or specific tasks, premium pay between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour may be added, with potential for multiple premiums to apply simultaneously.
