Cart Attendant

Job Overview

As a Cart Attendant at our Walmart Supercenter located in Ennis, TX, you will play a key role in forming excellent first and last impressions for customers. Your primary duties involve collecting and returning shopping carts from the parking area to the store, handling equipment to transport carts indoors, and ensuring carts are clean and sanitary. This position requires maintaining a cheerful disposition regardless of weather conditions.

Compensation and Work Schedule

• The hourly wage ranges from $14.50 to $27.50, ensuring it meets or exceeds the mandatory minimum wage for the location.
• Additional pay may be granted as annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
• In certain situations, extra premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on scheduling, facility, season, or task specifics; multiple premiums could be combined if criteria are met.
• Employment is full-time with shifts available in the morning and opening hours.
