Job Overview

As a General Merchandise Team Associate at Walmart Supercenter #2637 located in Monroe, NY, you will welcome customers on the sales floor, provide helpful assistance, and suggest products tailored to their preferences. You will be responsible for keeping the Hobbies & Home Improvement sections well-organized and presentable throughout your shift. Tasks may also include paint mixing and fabric cutting as needed.

Working Hours and Compensation

This full-time position offers mid-shift and closing shifts with hourly wages ranging from $16.50 to $29.50, at least meeting the minimum wage standards in your location. Additional pay incentives may be granted annually or quarterly based on performance. Premium pay between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour might be provided for certain schedules, facilities, seasons, or specific job tasks, potentially allowing multiple premiums to apply simultaneously.
