Maintenance Overnight Associate

Position Overview

This role involves participating in a structured maintenance cleaning program aimed at maintaining a clean and safe environment for both shoppers and employees while managing costs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate closely with the Stocking 3 Coach and collaborate with team members to implement a comprehensive cleaning schedule.
• Adhere strictly to all Food Safety standards and protocols related to cold chain management.
• Perform timely and thorough cleaning of all Fresh Departments, including coolers, freezers, and display units.
• Assist in inspecting maintenance and cleaning equipment to ensure it is in proper working order and verify that ample cleaning supplies are stocked.
• Contribute to a safe workplace by completing necessary in-store certification programs and following company policies and procedures.
• Carry out floor maintenance by mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning in all non-sales floor areas when required.

Compensation

The position offers a starting hourly wage of $17.75.

Minimum Qualification

• Must be aged 16 or older.
