Over-the-Counter Associate (Overnight Stocker)

Position Overview

The Over-the-Counter Associate plays a key role in assisting customers and maintaining the organization of their assigned section within the pharmacy department. This role involves executing tasks assigned by the OTC Department Manager or Pharmacy Manager while upholding Walmart's standards of excellent customer service and company values.

Key Duties

• Protect patient privacy by complying fully with the Privacy Act guidelines.
• Support departmental sales and profitability based on directives from the Pharmacy Manager.
• Manage inventory by rotating stock and verifying product expiration dates.
• Keep the assigned area well-organized through zoning activities.
• Follow established procedures for ordering merchandise, handling clearances, managing price adjustments, and applying appropriate labels and signage.
• Ensure the area is kept free from clutter, debris, unnecessary items, and liquids, maintaining a neat and clean environment.
• Maintain a flawless pricing record in accordance with scanning verification programs.
• Perform calibration on equipment utilized in the prescription filling workflow.

Additional Information

The minimum wage for this role begins at $17.75 per hour.
